Days Nine Ten and Eleven

Day 9 - 
9th day of flossing
2nd day of working out.  


Habit: Flossing
Did I do it? yes


Habit: Working Out:
Did I do it? Yes I did 10 Minute Yoga Solutions - Warm up, buns and thighs, abs, and cool down (skipped the yoga burn cus I was already burning).  


Day 10
10th day of flossing
3rd day of working out.  


Habit: Flossing - 
Did I do it? yes


Habit: Working OUt
Did I do it? no.  Why not (I was grumpy and hosted a middle school party that night.  When I don't get enough sleep working out is harder than usual.  Not really and excuse I still could have fit a work out in, but it's good to remember that habits build on each other.  


Day 11-
11th day of flossing
4th day of working out.  

Habit: Flossing
Did I do it? yes - after my shower, before we went to Thanksgiving dinner


Habit: Working Out
Did I do it? yes - Turkey Day 5K through downtown MInneapolis.
